Consultation

$0

Starting with a free consultation will help me to get to your you and your goals. We’ll talk about your chronic illness and what we can do to get you feeling better and stronger. It will also allow you to talk through any limitations you may have including access to equipment or time constraints. Then you can customize a plan that is right for you!

Customized Program

$50 monthly

Your membership will include a personalized training plan tailored to your unique body and needs. We will have a monthly check in to talk about how things are going, and you will have access to support via text to make any adaptations you need. You will also receive videos of each exercise so you never have to guess if you are doing it correctly!

One on One Coaching

$40 hourly

Want more detailed coaching and motivation? We can train together virtually. We’ll do the exercises together and I’ll let you know what to do when, so you can just focus on doing your best. This option can be added onto your membership to help you reach your goals even faster!
